Наблюдается такая же хрень.
Мануал по этому поводу говорит только «Release cable adjuster clamp (at transmission end of cable) to unlock cable», при этом что именно сделать не показано.

There are four tabs on the one side of the collar. Two function as clips to hold the entire horseshoe clip in locked position. The other two have grooves to mate with the grooves on the piece that slides through the collar for adjustment. The other side of the horseshoe clip has slots which a small screwdriver can be used to help move it from the locked position. Gently squeeze the two clip tabs together and hold there. Then gently pry a little with the screwdriver. Once the clip moved far enough the clip tabs can be released. Then a little more gentle prying and pushing on the other tabs released the cable lock. Should be able to proceed from there.

Обязательно ли вынимать трос из металлической крепежки-уха?
Может куда молотком достаточно стукнуть? :):)
